Products warranty period:
One year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:
Defects that are not caused by the quality of merchandise,Improper installation, misuse, vehicle crash, acts of nature, etc.
Replacement Procedure:
Step one: Customer send us the photo of defective merchandise.
Step two: Ordinarily check by our technology worker.
Step three: Two options by us. First one: send replacement together with new order for the customer without defective merchandise back to us; Second choice: Customer will be requested to send back the complele merchandise back to us for further inspect and replacement. |
